One packet contains 9 seeds.

Telfairia pedata, also known as the oysternut or queen's nut, is a dioecious East African liana that can grow up to 30 m (98 ft) long. It is most known for its edible seeds and their dramatically large fruits—one can weigh up to 15 kg (33 lb). Its large leaves, hefty fruits, and pink-fringed flowers also make it a desirable ornamental. The liana can grow in a wide range of soil types, as long as the soil drains well. It can generally tolerate a daytime temperature range of about 14 to 38ºC (57 to 101ºF) and will thrive in full sun or partial shade. Telfairia pedata can also be grown indoors in containers, though it may commandeer your home without trimming!
