Common Name or Meaning The False Threaded Spur Angraecum

Flower Size 2" x 5" [5 X 12.5 cm]

Found in northern Madagascar in humid, moss forests at elevations of 960 to 1800 meters as a medium sized, cool growing epiphyte with fine roots and a robust, elongate stem carrying terete, dorsally grooved leaves that blooms in the spring on a 1.6 to 2" [4 to 5 cm] long, few [2 to 4] flowered, racemose inflorescence with fragrant, long-lasting flowers.

Similar to Angraecum scottianum but smaller in most all respects.
