Thalía made a rare Hollywood red-carpet appearance to present at the 2023 MTV Video Music Awards tonight.

For the occasion, the Mexican pop star brought all the glamour in a slinky golden bodycon dress by Dolce & Gabbana and matching fingerless opera gloves with sheer black panels on the sides. The “A Quién Le Importa” singer wore the midi dress with semi-sheer black tights and pointy black pumps. She accessorized the bold, metallic look with several silver gemstone rings by Jacob & Co.

As for her glam, Thalía looked incredible in a voluminous wavy blowout, bronzy makeup, a glossy coral lip, and dramatic black lashes.

Listas, aquí vamos,” she said in Spanish on her Instagram Story while in a car to the event (“We’re ready, here we come”). She also shared various selfies of her look.

Known as the Queen of Latin Pop, Thalía is considered one of the most successful and influential Mexican artists in history, and has sold around 25 million records worldwide.

The former Timbiriche band member went solo early in her singing career, and later went into acting. Throughout her decades in music, she has won multiple awards. In total, Thalía has received seven Latin Grammy nominations and was awarded the Premio de La Presidencia at the 2019 Latin Grammy Awards. She also has five Billboard Latin Music Awards, eight Premios Lo Nuestro, and many others. She received her much-deserved star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2013.
