I have filled hundreds of orders through my FB page and as well as here on Etsy journey:) Every order is handcrafted by me. I only use the most beautiful and highest quality materials. I would want every single item I make to be displayed in my home, at my party/wedding, or to gift as a gift myself.

All orders will be packed in tissue paper or bubble wrap when needed. Gift wrapping and handwritten notes are available upon request.

As materials go in and out of season, or are discontinued, I select the best possible substitute for the particular flower or filler that I am currently out of. If there is a drastic change I will notify you for your approval. NOTE: The picture above is NOT the exact item you will be receiving as all items are made to order, unless stated as READY TO SHIP. I love feedback and notes on any special requests, likes, or dislikes. I want you to love your order!! So I will strive to make you 100% happy with your selection.

I do not accept returns as these items are custom made, however, if there is a problem with your order, do not hesitate to let me know! I will be happy to do an exchange if there were damages made in transit.
