What You Receive: Unrooted cuttings approximately 6" each (vegetative material for you to root yourself)
We cut to order and ship the same day. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that propagation will be successful.

Propagation:
- Dip lower stems into rooting powder (optional)
- Stick the stems in moist, fast draining soil; use a small pot with drain holes
- Keep the soil warm and moist
- Cover pot with a plastic bag
- Leave pot in normal room temperature
- Remove plastic bag regularly for fresh air and to prevent rotting
- New plants will start growing from the leaf nodes

Note: The images are for reference purposes only. A cutting is piece of a living plant that is used for creating new plants (propagation). The cutting you receive will be unrooted. No cutting will be exactly alike, each cutting will be slightly different in form, color, size and shape depending on the time of purchase; there may or may not be imperfections on the cutting.

Shipping: We do our best to process and ship your order out within 5 business days after payment is received. It may take longer for multiple items. We ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on the size and weight of the package.

Delay Shipping: Upon your request, we can delay shipping to avoid holiday/weekend transit holds or extreme weather. If you wish to delay shipping and minimize transit time for your order, please contact us immediately after purchase as we would be happy to ship the item on your requested shipping date.

Weather advisories: It is the customer's responsibility to check their 10-day weather forecast for extreme weather and weather advisories. We offer heat packs and USPS Priority Mail upgrades for an additional charge.

Returns & exchanges: We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Due to the nature of the products we handle, it is the customers responsibility to open their package and inspect it upon arrival (date of confirmed delivery) and communicate any discrepancies within 24 hours by sending us a message with the description of the problem along with supporting photos. We ensure the quality of product and sound packaging for the safest delivery possible. We have no control over your shipment once it has been shipped and we cannot guarantee the plants will survive if they're left in your post office box or mailbox for an extended period of time.
Using the tracking number provided, you can set up text alerts on the USPS website to alert you when the package has been delivered.
