Our plants ship from our Greenhouse in California. If you live on the Eastern Coast of the United States, yes you absolutely need expedited shipping. If you live in a region that is cold, you definitely need both expedited shipping and a heat pack. Due to the volume of orders, we can not check your weather for you. It is your responsibility to add a heatpack.

It is your responsibility to research each plant's care and needs before you buy. Please feel free to ask us any questions you might have regarding care prior to purchase. Do not repot any plants for at least 30 days after receipt. Give them a chance to acclimate to your environment. We are not responsible for damages resulting from incorrect care such as premature repotting, over watering, over fertilizing, under watering, or any sort of environmental problems such as exposure to the elements or pests or damaged packages. Once it ships, we are no longer responsible for your plant's care.

We make every effort to ensure your plants are safe in transit. This includes sleeving each one individually, taping the soil down snugly, taping the sleeved plant to the inside of the box, adding polly fill in-between delicate leaves and filling every inch of empty space with biodegradable packing peanuts. We also affix Fragile stickers to the exterior of all boxes. If you live in a cold climate, it is your responsibility to purchase a heat pack. Despite our best efforts, we have no control over how carriers handle your packages. In rare cases, you may lose a leaf or two. Cosmetic damage is expected with interstate shipping. If you do not accept these terms, please do not order.

All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds. All plants are guaranteed to leave our facilities in peak health and in perfect or near-perfect condition. You may request photos of your exact plant prior to shipment. If you encounter any issues, you must send us detailed photos from all angles within 8 hours of receipt.
