Petiole 3 to 6 cm long, lateral petiolules 2-3 mm long, terminal length 10 to 15 mm; Presence of 2 widely triangular stipules 10 mm long at the base of the petiole. Linear stipels are present at each pair of leaflets and at the apex of the terminal petiolule. The upper surface of leaflets is glabrous variegated with yellowish-white along the midrib. The base is rounded, the top is gradually narrowed and then rounded, mucronate. The margin is entire. The loawer face is very finely pubescent, especially along the nervs and at the base of the margin. The nervs are parallel arched, joining the margin.
