Cyperus volkielloides (Cyperaceae), a new ephemeral species from Tanzania

Summary

Cyperus volkielloides, a minute annual species growing in ephemeral wetlands in western Tanzania, is described and illustrated. Its conservation status is assessed as endangered (EN B2ac(i,ii)).
