Description

Introduced from South Africa in the 18th century as an ornamental. It is prolific; although a pleasure to the eye, it has become very invasive, competing with local vegetation.

A striking plant with sulphur yellow flowers.

Trifoliate with three leaflets. Three leaflets, in a long-stalked basal rosette, resembling clover.
