It can be only achieved when the student gets familiar with the question patterns that is gained through proper practicing of sums throughout their AL career in a meaningful manner. I can assuredly guide them through this path to success. I consider it my responsibility to teach the subject matter accurately, to lead to deep subject knowledge through solving difficult problems and to normalize A/L for the student by doing model papers and past papers in correct time. During the course of AL, I joined sir Wajira’s class right after OLs. For more than two years sir Wajira has not only taught us to exam in the subject but to see mathematics in a practical view point. Thank you sir being a patient, support and devoted teacher.After finding Wajira Sir's class I was quickly able to grasp harder lessons easily that my friends were having trouble with. The best was the paper class, A/L standard paper were given to us every week so we were able to practice a lot of different type of questions that could come for the paper. They were looked over by sir, so he was able to identify where everyone was having trouble and focus on those parts, telling us where we could score easily and efficiently. In the end I was able to get an A for Combined Mathematics using Sir’s help

I was lucky to meet sir Wajira as my combined maths teacher during Als. He guided me and motivated me to achieve ultimate goal with good result by teaching maths along with practicing maths questions in his paper class. Sir Wajira helped me with the other two subjects as well as taught me how to keep balance with all three subjects. With all those efforts I was able to get into the University of Colombo. I’m really grateful for his dedication.
Since I found Wajira sir’s class sooner… it was so easy for me to catch all the theory parts regarding lessons and practice more questions per lessons in combined mathematics. And the paper class was so effective because we get to write the papers (within 3 hours) and we get the marked papers net day….As a student, who had been doing numerous extra activities along to academic work, the support I got from Wajira sir can’t be expressed in words. All times, when I missed classes since I had to attend to various competitions or events, he was always there for me to guide and to coverup the missed lessons. He was not just a teacher but a good friend for me. I must say he tolerated our late night calls whenever we had issues in solving sums and other syllabus parts. He is the success behind myself in achieving an A pass for Combined Maths.

Wajira sir’s class was the reason for me to get motivated and work hard for the A/L exam. Although I had a low result for the O/L exam, I was able to get 3 A’s for the A/L exam and get selected to the University of Moratuwa because of sir. Through his own A/L experience he was able to teach children not only to get through Combined Maths but also in chemistry and physics as well. One of the admirable characters I have seen in my life and one who loves children deep through his heart is sir Wajira.

I learn fundamentals of Combined Maths from Vajira sir. His paper classes were really helpful because he gives one to one feedback of every question, we answer. As such before sitting for examination, I had confidence about it.
It was by chance that I joined Wajira sir’s class when I failed the A/L examination twice in bio science. Sir gave me a work plan on the very first day of the class. In a short period of about a year, sir covered all the theories in the combined mathematics syllabus. Thereafter, sir gave papers and helped immensely to get through the difficulties. I personally believe that in every human life there are turning points and for me it was Wajira sir’s class. The dearest teacher, a respectable character who made a difference in my life who is more humane than money is sir Wajira. Sir, if not you I would not be here at the University of Peradeniya today.
Wajira sir’s class helped me to get a good result in combined mathematics. His class was the class I enjoyed most in A/L and he looked after all of us well. Sir’s paper class gave me a different experience from all the other classes. Because of sir’s paper class, I faced the A/L exam without any fear. His advice was very helpful in getting flying colors for other two subjects as well.
