Ordered a product but never received them? That’s your problem.

Ordered a product that never arrive. Had multiple back and forth of email communication with their so called customer service, who was always trying to deflect responsibilities to the shipping services and refuse sending replacement or refund. If you are a US based customer, you would be shocked by their policy and lack of basic customer service norms.

If hv zero star

If hv zero star, it would be better. Nvr ever buy stuff frm SASA Mlysia. I complaints abt my Hugo Boss the Scent for her. Its edp & merely last 3 hrs on me. U cant even smell it. They told me, after tested on their staff & lasted 6 hrs in aircon n says, no issue, its ok with the perfume! Well, pple advised me not to purchase frm them but i nvr take their advise. Bcos of good bargain fm xmas dec 2023, i bought. Even their supplier dont even care to listen n just pass my case to Sasa bcos i bought frm them. Well, pls dun buy anyting if its cheap! Just bcareful. It probably a fake one. They dun even knw how to differentiate.

Crappy customer service, unclear policies

TO AVOID!!!
Crappy customer service. They communicate only by e-mail and transmit only basic preset messages in English. Don't count on having a normal discussion with their agents.
Worth noting that in no moment have they stated they send orders strictly to a singular billing/shipping address, which I'm sure the don't. I made a first 100$ order and have paid by Paypal to secure myself after having read bad things about them on this site. Asked them to ship the goods to my temporary US address. A week later got an e-mail from them asking to prove my identity. Sent them my (restricted view) National ID with my permanent residential/billing address, but no, they also wanted to see some document proving I live where they're shipping the goods (e.g. US warehouse, UPS mailbox, hotel room, etc. LOL). After I told them I have no documents to prove I also live at my desired shipping address they canceled my order. Their prices were at the time a bit lower than the competitors', but it's simply not worth the hassle.

Scam purchase

Don't ever purchase from this site. They didn't provide any information about estimated delivery time, neither did provide any accurate tracking details.
I had to chase it up, then they said that it had already been delivered and they sent me a picture of a parcel dropped at the front door of a house. But that wasn't my house!
No idea if that was a genuine picture or the delivery man did make a mistake.

It's not honest company

I received my package, but two things I'm disappointed. One thing, Honyaradoh Aunt Merry lavender sheep cushion (105603702001) missing lavender bag, only received sheep cushion. Second, Sasatinnie collagen collagen floral face gel cream (106141206001) already dry out, only 1/5 amount inside. Last year, they mailed me expired toner.

HK based company, shipping takes time.

I've been a customer of Sasa.com for about 5 or so years. I understand people have issues with looking up the tracking number (I go through my order history to get my tracking numbers). I've made about 6+ orders. Sometimes if the payment method is unverified it can take a while. I've switched to using PayPal and my orders usually arrive within 8-10 days. Regarding the products, I've ordered a great variety for a fair price, I order large amounts of sheet masks especially along with various items without any issue.

Sasa is selling fake or faulty items

after using same products, Clinique and Estee Lauder items, very bad allergic reaction, contacting with Sasa customer service, they advised "Sasa is cheap because the items have different ingredient and different producer". Sasa refused to provide ingredient list to compare the one i got from Sydney brand. if you care about yourself, buy from nominated retail shop. Avoid Sasa

Disappointed and Caution!

Same as Helen L below. I placed an order on Dec 30, it's Jan 23 today. I emailed to follow up for my order on Jan 10, didn't get a response until Jan 14 and they came me BS response that the delay is due to COVID19. I say it's BS response because I've placed over 10 orders through Aliexpress and got my shipments from Asia (China AND Hong Kong). If they cannot or will not ship out orders over $75USD purchases due to the shipping fees, then just own up to it, apologize and refund the money. Most importantly, don't charge me on my credit card when your company hasn't even shipped out my order! Sephora doesn't charge before they ship out. So fix your company's logistics!

greedy, slow shipping, blame it on Covid

I have been buying products from Sasa for a while now. But the recent order has been placed for almost a month, but they haven't shipped it yet. When contacted them, they email back and blame it on Covid, however, there are other HK companies I buy from which has much lower free shipping threshold, but they opted using courier service and shipping time is normal. What a greedy company. I am seriously considering giving them the boot in the future!
P.S. I contacted them again re the shipment delay. Just want to have a date and mentioned I am considering cancelling the order. With no explanation, nor any apology, they just cancelled my order unilaterally. Some service, huh!

Counterfeit brand names!! Scam!

All counterfeit brand names such as SKII, Kielh's. My skin is inflamed big time although I have been using the same brands for years without any irritation but I bought them all directly from the brand. However, when I bought Kielh's ultra facial cream from Sasa for the 1st time, my skin is burned, dry, sensitive with a lots of new fine lines. Again, I used the same cream for years before when I bought directly from the brand! Now I need to heal and treat my face from all these reactions, which is upsetting! Big Scam!!

Promoter Extortion me bcoz she do a mistake

I just buy a parfume set at sasa Alamanda outlet using a debit card, after I do a payment then the promoter said she will void the transaction bcoz she keyin the worng amount then I just say yes. After she give back my card with all the receipt, I didn’t double check it. When I’m home the girl text me that I’m must come back to make a payment again bcoz payment not complete. I just ignore for one night then she say want to make a report police becoz I’m not give a response. I was shock what she was saying. This is not my mistake girll.

excellent

Now, this is a legit company....no wierd delays or false advertising. I've shopped at the wonderful Sasa outlets in Hongkong and have ordered online from sasa many times and without fail always recieved my items. Delivery takes around 10 days (slow) but, atleast you know where you stand. The only problem is that they don't stock enough products (limited) and often run out of stock.

Date of Manufacture is 2008 ~! Wow ~!

I ordered the Shisheido Benefiance Wrinkle resist eyecream and the order was delivered super quick. So I was happy with the delivery.

When i checked the Expiry date, which I always do with all cosmetics, using checkcosmetic.net, I found out the Manufacturing Date is 2008 ! General shelf life: 60 months Valid at least for the next 1 year ! Wow !

So if this product was manufactured in january 2008, I have about 3 months to finish using the product !!

I wouldnt use this product which has been sitting around for the past 5 years, would you ? Why do Sasa stock the item and leave it on the shelf for so long ?

Disgusting...

scam! calls me a fraud

Wanted to pay with credit card and they asked for photocopies of my card and bank statements via email. Everybody knows it's scam and only fools would do it, yet their copy-pasted customer service reply kept on repeating itself, not paying attention to the topics I mentioned in my inquiry. I was called a fraud in the language of law, and when refused to give out scans(!) of my credit card, they cancelled my order on their own, without a word or apologizing. Second time I tried with another credit card. Partly, I wanted to see if they repeated the same treatment, they did. Same route again, not caring about my suggestion to swithch to Paypal either. Same "I-don't-give-a-shit-about-what-you-want" styled CS reply with only copy-pasted bullshit, which will make you feel humiliated, not them...

I have been using this website for as…

I have been using this website for as long as I remember. I get all of my skincare and most of my makeup (they don't stock Bare Escentuals, unfortunately). The site has the cheapest prices compared with other online shop. The products are genuine and shippings are always prompt.
The only downside is that they tend to go out of stock on some of their more popular brands.

horrible transaction

I didn't have any problems with my past transactions in the last three years, but for some reason, my order was on hold and they required a copy of the front view of the credit card or an approval code of the transaction. I'm glad that they're being aware of possible fraudulent activities, but a copy of the front of the credit card? What customer would ever give a copy of that (no matter how good your previous experience is with the site)? I called the card's bank a few times, and they told me there were no problems with any of the transactions, and it showed in the balance so there was no need for an approval code. Too much hassle for a simple transaction... I'm moving onto somewhere else.

Never buy from them again!!!

Terrible terrible purchase experience. Order submitted more than 2 months ago and still not send out from the warehouse. They blame on the company's relocation of the warehouse, but my friend who made a purchase a month after me received her shipment 2 weeks ago! When I called in to check on my orders, they told me if I can't wait any longer, just cancel my order. They completely careless about me being a customer or on my purchase! They kept on telling me my order will be processed soon... soon... soon... but it has been 2+ months!
So unsatisfied by this company! Will never go back to them!

Beware of this company

I brought a bottle of SKII Facial Treatment Essence for $218 and developed strong allergy on my face after using it twice. My request for a refund was refused on the ground that the product has more than 6 month's shelf life left. I cannot benefit from their 30-day return policy because I have opened the product.

Any Australian company would be obliged to refund the consumer in this circumstances under the Australian Consumer Law because the product does not fit the purpose it described. Please be careful when dealing with this company as there is no consumer guarantee!

I also found their advertising that this product has been developed for Asian skin is misleading. I brought this product because of their online advertisement, and it does not agree with my Asian skin.

A long time customer

I have been ordering from sasa for several years now. The first time I ordered from them it took about 3 months to receive my order so after that it took some time before making another order.
However for the past 3-4 years I have been ordering at least 4-5 times a year paying using paypal (I don't know if that fact plays any role) and I have always received my products. It usually takes 3-4 weeks to my country but I know that beforehand so I just relax until I receive it. Maybe if you want your order to arrive fast its frustrating but if you don't mind waiting it will eventually arrive. They stock products you can not find in other online shops and the price is good. So for me I would definitely recommend it.
