The Oligophytum allow a selective contribution of natural microelements obtained by ecological dynamics. These microelements have been obtained by the roots of the plants in a soil not treated with synthetic fertilizers. They are then dynamized by a natural technical procedure.

How to take Oligophytum Magnesium (H8 MAG)?

Take 5 granules before breakfast and 5 granules before dinner, letting them dissolve under the tongue.
