Hop Clover - Trifolium campestre
Small, yellow pea flowers that are clustered in roundish heads above leaves that are divided into three leaflets. Flower heads were approximately 2 cm wide. The flowers, leaves, and seeds of this plant are edible. The flowers can be used in tea, the seeds can be roasted and eaten as is or they can be ground into flour, and the leaves are good tossed in salad.

''Trifolium campestre'', commonly known as Hop Trefoil and Low Hop Clover, is a species of clover native to Europe and western Asia, growing in most areas, but specifically thriving on dry, sandy grassland habitats, as well as in fields, woodland margins, roadsides, wastelands and cultivated land. The species name ''campestre'' means "of the fields". This species is very closely related to Large Hop Trefoil.
