Vittadinia sp. New Holland Daisy 3

Small shrub or herb with green or grey-green leaves growing on base and up stem. Flowers are purple or electric blue with a yellow centre, and become a wool like ball when it goes to seed.
V. gracilis - leaves are densely covered with woolly white hairs, giving a blue appearance.
V. cuneata - leaves covered in short white hairs, giving a grey-green appearance.
V. blackii - green and hairless (notables species in Playford)
V. megacephala - larger plant, large egg-shaped flowers.
