Leaflets pubescent; Staminal tube far exceeding the corolla tube, with the free portion of the filaments much shorter than the corolla tube; Anthers glabrous.

Similar species ³

A. adiantifolia resembles A. gummifera and A. mainaea , all of wich have long staminal tubes which far exceed the corollas, the filaments free only near the apices and forming a small tuft.It can be distinguished by its leaflets which are pubescent on both surfaces and not auriculate at the base, and by the gingery yellow pubescence on the leaf rachis, inflorescence and flowers. A. gummifera also has glabrous pods.
