DEEP-BLUE SALVIA

The flowers are a stunning deep-blue! Compact and richer flowering than similar strains. First-year flowering series works well as an annual.

One of the few true-blue flowers, Salvia Patens doesn't disappoint! Plants become covered in almost-unreal-looking saturated-blue flowers for many weeks, and are extremely pretty in the garden. They also make a nice addition to bouquets due to their long stems. Attractive to hummingbirds!

These seeds are rare and in very limited supply!

GERMINATION

These seeds are very easy to germinate! Place the seeds on the surface of the soil and keep continually moist until plants germinate. Germinate at room temperature. Seeds germinate in about 14 days. Grow in a sunny location.

IMPORTANT

Your seeds are best planted right away. If you are not able to, they are best stored in a plastic zipper bag and placed in a dry cold location or refrigerator until you are ready to plant them. Be sure they are clearly labelled.

One of the seeds immediately molded over. Only one seed germinated and what's growing doesn't look like what I ordered.

Hi Randy. Thanks for sharing. Reducing water/moisture can help prevent molding seeds. Our seeds are definitely true-to-variety, and we pride ourselves on this, so unless a weed has grown in the pot, you can rest assured that the plant will be what you ordered :)
