3.5 out of 5 starsIt was well packaged but I wish it included a heat pack. The delivery put it in my outside mailbox instead of house drop off so it was a bit cold. It is tiny and the one big leaf fell off immediately sadly. But I do love it! I have wanted a lotus for a long time and it’s been hard to find. I think aquapf is trustworthy and a good quality business with good products. I will be ordering from them again. And ask for a heat pack….

Plants came in great condition. some did melt (which isn't the sellers fault by any means) and they started growing new leaves in a couple days. I think they are great quality and would definitely buy again. Customer service is top notch.
