Aloe arborescens is one of the only plants that contains vitamin B-12. It has over 200 active components including vitamins, enzymes, amino acids, polysaccharides, fatty acids, a variety of enzymes, minerals and other elements, used as bactericidal anti-inflammatory, discharge toxins.
Aloe is not sweet, people use it for health care and nutritional value-- we add a little to shakes with yogurt, banana, vanilla, and any other fresh fruit on hand.
The bulk of the stem is filled with a gel-like substance which is about 99% water-- this plant has been used therapeutically by many people for over 4,000 years!
The pictures show the giant mother plant that is at least 8-10 years old.
Great for skin burns and scrapes- when working in the garden we break off a piece and use it to protect our hands.

AA also regulate growth, digestion, and maintaining a healthy immune system.

Important to the production of energy. Skin, hair, nails, teeth, bones, and all other tissues require minerals in able to form. In the event that an individual is deficient in any one of the major or trace minerals, the body will reach a level of structural weakness, internal system dysfunction, and over time, contract some form of debilitating disease.
