Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. Ordered 18th: Dead on arrival, no card of who sent or name of flower. No flower food or care instructions. Thankfully I know a retired florist friend. Said delivery 20th-25th arrived 28th way past her birthdate. (Another order I had to Michigan On 18th was delivered 22nd-she said gorgeous and sent me pic). It makes no sense why it took 10days from CA to IND verses 4days CA to MI. Please resend order to Janice Burton ASAP SEND ME EMAIL Advising it's done.

Hello, So sorry this happened to you, but it is out of my control if the package will arrive on time once I drop off the package to the carrier they are in control. They are responsible to deliver on time but please message me to solve this issue. Thank you for your feedback!
