My expectations weren't met. Cuttings were very small and pretty wilted. They're ok now. It is very hot out. I'm excited to see them grow. Thanks ☺️

Looked rather frail when it came but seems to be doing good. ///we have We have raised this ivy for 40 some years but last year it all died and we had a tough time finding it again. Thank you so much for offering it.

I had ordered Swedish Ivy. I did get another cutting of a different plant along with this mail but the Swedish Ivy that I had bought, of which I received 3 cuttings, all of them were dry and looked withered when they arrived and did not root.

I would have been happy to discuss options of refund with you if you had reached out to let me know the issues you had. I try to prevent the event dry cuttings are delivered, but unfortunately in the summertime and if left in the mailbox for long periods of time once delivered, the drying out can be expedited. If you would like to discuss further, please send a message!
