When you receive your order, we recommend storing it in a cool, dry place. Any heat, light and humidity can affect the product and its shelf life. Generally, the shelf life of herbs and spices is 2-3 years if stored correctly and the shelf life of our capsules is up to 5 years.

2. Orders will ship same day / next day after payment received.

3. All orders will ship by International Registered Airmail 10-21 days with tracking#.

To prevent unforseen delay, kindly provide your phone number. We will ship the item to your address shown in your eBay or PayPal account. Please make sure your shipping address and zip code is correct and up to date.

We do our best to provide quick service. However, as Severe weather, Clean Custom, Holidays etc reason, sometimes unforeseeable delays can occur. If it has been over 35 days since your payment date and it has not been received, contact us immediately, we will work quickly to locate the item and help solve it.

4. We don't take any responsibility if parcel held by custom in destination country or lost during shipping.
If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased for any reason, please contact us for a return instruction within 7 days for a refund. Shipping Handling costs are not refundable. Return shipping cost will be paid by buyer.
