Hi, This is definitely Gum Arabic. I have been selling it for many years to repeat buyers without a complaint, until now. I also have Black Gum Arabic. They are always hard like this, it softens in water. But if you aren't happy with something, just talk to me and I'll resolve the problem. Leaving negative feedback stays with me for 12 months.
