Pinnae (15–)25–50 pairs, opposite or alternate, chartaceous, 0.9–1.8 × 0.4–0.8 cm, shortly petiolate, unequally narrowly oblong-rhombic, deeply incised into linear obtuse segments ± 1 mm wide, the acroscopic basal lobe parallel to or sometimes overlapping the rachis, the basiscopic margin entire, the acroscopic margin incised (see above), both surfaces glabrous.
