Anterior petal c. 14 mm. long and c. 12 mm. broad when flattened, helmet-shaped, dorsally very narrowly cristate with the crest terminating in a sharp point, slightly cordate and broadly saccate at the base, glabrous (always?). Lateral pair of united petals c. 20 mm. long, deeply 2-lobed; lobes with the margins slightly overlapping, glabrous; anterior lobe c. 15 × 10 mm., transversely broadly semi-elliptic, distally rounded, with a distinct small ridge at the very base; posterior lobe c. 1/3 the size of the anterior one, broadly elliptic or obliquely obovate (broadest slightly above the middle), entire.
