Notes
Agar, buldorle agar, darabo, dhalad (Som.). Very similar to, and perhaps conspecific with, the Asiatic E. procera (Retz.) C.E. Hubb. (syn. E. ramosa (Retz.) Kuntze). The two species intergrade and are traditionally distinguished by the tip of the spikelet (acute to acuminate in E. procera , with an awn up to 4 mm in E. fatmensis) and the pedicel (glabrous in E. procera, setose in E. fatmensis).
