On Thursday, the model, 37, shared an Instagram story of her having a new piercing in the tragus section of her ear — and a large, shiny, needle creating the hole. Despite there being a tiny bit of blood on her ear, the cookbook author — who tagged @bodyelectrictattoo into the post — looked happy and relaxed as she sat on a couch with her hair pushed back in a messy bun. In the video, her eyebrows were covered in gel as someone used a small pair of silver scissors to trim them. Teigen, who shares four children Luna Simone, 7, Miles Theodore, 5, Esti Maxine, eight months, and Wren Alexander, three months, with her husband John Legend, recently celebrated her 10th wedding anniversary. Earlier this month, a source told PEOPLE that the couple renewed their vows in Lake Como, Italy, the location of their Sept. 14, 2013 wedding. On Sept. 21 at the Celebrity 'Server for an Hour' event at Gracias Madre in Los Angeles, Teigen told PEOPLE that she initially didn’t want a vow renewal due to coming “from the world of Real Housewives, and a vow renewal is the kiss of death.” However, she went along and ended up loving it, telling PEOPLE it was "It was really special. I just feel so lucky and so blessed and in all the corniest of terms. It was so sweet and amazing.”
