Description
Herbaceous perennial plant with a stem of 15-40 cm. The leaves are three-leafed, with leaflets of an oval or elliptical shape, they can be complete or with slightly serrated edges. The flowers are bright red. A completely resistant and undemanding species that is used for feeding cattle, against erosion, or for fertilizing the soil because it is a nitrogen fixer and also as a decorative clover due to its lush flowers. It blooms during spring and summer and can be mowed up to 6 times in a growing season.
The seeds are sown directly from March to the end of August.
