Description
The Big Leaf Maple. A beautiful large tree from the Pacific North West, which creates a stately specimen with striking foliage and once old enough, will flower and fruit in profusion. I do wonder whether this would make a good subject for coppicing or pollarding, along the lines of Catalpa or Paulownia but have yet had the courage to tackle one of the trees!
All of our trees are grown from UK sourced seed of known provenance.
