Arthrostemma parvifolium is an extremely rare and beautiful plant native to Central America and seldom seen in cultivation. Features dark grey-green, ovate leaves with gorgeous silver lines, edged with fine teeth. The leaf undersides and stems are a gorgeous red wine color. The plant is in the Melastomataceae family, and features bright magenta pink, 4-petaled blooms with yellow anthers. Forms a small bush up to 18″ if grown in ideal conditions.

It’s a great houseplant, preferring high humidity and temperatures above 65° F. It makes a wonderful terrarium plant. Grow in indirect light. A must for every plant collector!
