Notes

Shrub or perennial forb, prostrate.  Leaves 1-3cm long, flat, green and almost hairless above, scurfy or scaly below, the margins entire or toothed.  Flowers tiny (less than 3mm across), male and female flowers on the same plant, solitary or in small clusters at the bases of the leaves.  Fruit dry or succulent and red.
