New Zealand Spinach (Tetragonia tetragonioides) - Seed RS

A heat-loving spinach alternative, odd sprawling plants grow from giant seeds and produce an abundance of small, juicy leaves that are great eaten raw in salads. Older leaves can become bitter, so it is best to eat the younger ones.
