I've occasionally seen this handsome European grass with a mounded habit and bright green foliage around at various gardens in the Midwest and East USA. It is sold at some diverse, conventional nurseries. It is often used as an edging to a perennial garden. The flowers are nice, but not really flashy, maturing in the fall with silvery white color.
