A large, evergreen shrub or small tree that rarely grows more than 3 m tall. It has tripartite leaves and long clusters of large, beak-shaped, lemon-yellow flowers that can be formed all year round and up to 12 cm in size. Crotalaria agatiflora is native to East Africa.
