Identifying Characteristics

Small succulent herb with upright or spreading branches up to 15 cm tall and 20 cm wide. Leaves small and narrow, up to 11 mm long and 3.5 mm wide. Flowers tiny, cup-shaped, cream to red with 4 petals, clustered along spikes in axils of leaf-like bracts. Flowers October-June.
