Najas is an easy to grow plant that may be planted or floated. The stems are very breakable so handle with care. I started with a small start from a friend and now have it all over. I would have to rank this right up there with hornwort as an all out easy plant to grow, to the point of being weed like. Najas is excellent for livebearer tanks, providing great hiding for fry. It's a North American native plant but somewhat hard to find except from other hobbyists.
