Description:
Rhizome short, erect, scaly; fronds variable, to 1 m tall, light-green, membranous or submembranous, glabrous; veins free, dichotomous; margins of sterile pinnae serrate; fertile pinnae entire; sori forming a broken or continuous band along the margin.
